My question is would want to to go through all that fasting thing because you want to loss weight, how will you even loss weight if you body isn’t getting enough nutrient to back it up.

Who would want to feel that way. NO!!!! “Yeah”, I thought, “You know what? Screw this fasting thing. We all love food so much, and this intermittent fasting is crazy anyways”.

3) Eat lean proteins like egg whites, low-fat cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, salmon, tuna, chicken breasts, turkey breasts and low-fat cuts of other meat.

4) Choose monosaturated fats, like olive oil and avocado, peanut butter, nuts and seeds over saturated fats from full-fat dairy (butter) and animal fats (bacon fat).

Symptoms Of Cholera

When the bacteria reach the intestines, they multiply rapidly and secrete an enzyme, mucinase, which disgest the mucus lining the intestinal membranes. The exposed intestinal wall becomes damaged by the endotoxins produced by the bacteria, resulting to severe diarrhoea, usually accompanied by acute abdominal pain and vomiting.

The faeces are watery full of bacteria. It is known as “Rice water stool ” because of its appearance. Owing to the frequent and large quantities of water lost in the faeces, the patient becomes severely dehydrated, and if left untreated, death occurs in less than 24 hours in extreme cases.
