Most articles even advice us to go on vegetables( this is good for the body) your body maybe design to withstand and adapt to any inconvenient situations it find itself, but when you continue to starve yourself it may lead to other health issues like stomach ulcer.

Truth maybe….when you go on a diet you will loose weight, the starvation diet will produce quick weight loss. You may quit eating what you love eating before and start seeing results. But once you go back eating normal foods….your body instantly discover a supply of food and starts processing sugar and it end up as fats in your fat storage cell again.

*Take green tea or coffee- Note too much coffee is not good for your health. It adviceable to go for green tea. And if you are comfortable with coffee try taking it once in the morning and once in the evening.

*Corn flakes and milk early morning for a month- Try this it works like magic to reduce body fats.
